Trives Academy and Wentink Solutions have joined forces to offer the Mendix Testability Essentials training, a practical, hands-on training based on the Menditect Testability Framework. This course enables Mendix teams to design applications that are inherently testable and maintainable. The training covers topics such as the test pyramid applied to Mendix application development, testable application architecture and microflow typologies and is aimed at Mendix (lead) developers and software architects who want to improve application quality, reduce technical debt and enable sustainable delivery at scale. This course is provided through Trives Academy as both open registration and in-company training. Additional services include hands-on coaching and architecture consultancy.

Diederik Wentink

Since 2013, Diederik Wentink has established himself as a Mendix expert specializing in software development architecture within the platform. Working as a freelance Mendix architect across various organizations in the public and semi-public sectors and higher education institutions, he has successfully implemented layered software architectures and trained development teams. He also works as a solution architect in the financial sector.

Diederik began his ICT career in 2002 after earning a Master's degree in Knowledge Technology. After working as a .Net lead developer and information analyst, he transitioned to low-code software development in 2010. Since then, he has evolved into a versatile professional working as an architect, consultant, and trainer.

Marien Krouwel

Dr.ir. Marien Krouwel is a Mendix Expert, consultant, and trainer with a strong background in enterprise software development, low-code platforms, and model-driven engineering. As co-founder of Trives Solutions and Trives Academy, he helps organizations build scalable, maintainable, and high-quality Mendix applications, in both public, semi-public and financial instituations.

With a PhD in model-driven software development and more than 10 years of hands-on Mendix experience, Marien combines deep technical knowledge with practical guidance. At Trives Academy, he provides several courses related to quality of engineering, focused on solving real-world challenges.
